It was the first hockey game I would be using my cut down one piece stick and a new Easton S15 blade combo, skeptical at first there would soon be no reason for skepticism. After taking a few warm up shots and playing around I had forgotten all about the fact the hockey stick I was now technically using was a two piece stick combo. The focus flex hosel truly did its job and felt as if there was additional kick and definite flex from the blade, provided great snap shots and wristers from all angles. The blade felt very strong and at no point did I lose confidence in my shots or receiving of hard passes. The S15 hockey blade uses Ultra Thin Blade Geometry to keep the weight down yet still delivered consistent, durable and dynamic performance. The S15 hockey blade in my first hand experience was definitely worth the money, the hockey game ended in a tie but there was a small victory for me. Being able to successfully convert to a new blade in many hockey players mind is a victory due to the amount of things we can find to hate in a new blade whether it is the pattern flex or feel. If you are worried about the performance of a shaft and blade combo or a cut down one piece, no longer worry as you can trust the Easton S15 hockey blade.
